The law of diminishing love

Before stating what I want to say I think I should describe from where I got the idea. So please read the 2 paragraphs below. When I was doing my micro economics course I read about a topic call the law of diminishing supply / demand / marginal utility (sorry, forgot the real name of the term). Well term stares that the more one person consumes something the less demand that person will have for a product. This will lead to empty...

What the heck with the title? How can food help to burn fat? Food can only help to gain more fat. Well this sounds odd but it is true. Like if you do body building exercise then you need to consume some selected foods. But I am not talking about body building exercise here. I am talking about the foods that help to burn fat. So let’s get started.

There are some factors which are needed for burning fat. Like nutrition, and trainings like resistance, mental, cardio. The missing of these factors may not give you expected results. But it will work.

I have listed some food items which you may consume and they will also help you to burn your fat. Like, Oatmeal ( ahhh reminds me of oatmeal raisin cookies ) is a food item which helps you to burn the fat.

Here goes the list:

> Apples
> Oranges
> Bananas
> Grapes
> Strawberries
> Pineapple
> Oatmeal
> 100% whole wheat bread
> Broccoli
> Spinach
> Brown rice
> Sweet potatoes
> White potatoes
> Salad greens
> Tomatoes
> Mushrooms
> Cucumbers
> Egg whites
> Chicken Breast
> Turkey Breast
> Bison / Buffalo
> Grapefruit

There are many other foods that helps to burn fat. I don't know all the names of them. I have posted which I know of. Be healthy.

How money was created

On a social network i have seen someone asking "How money was created?" Do you know from where it was invented? Well many of us don't know when & how it was invented. If you search on the internet then you will find many ways. May be you can also find mine which I am going to tell you. So lets start another knol.

On ancient times people used to trade goods with barter system. Barter system is the method of exchanging goods for goods. Suppose you need oatmeal raisin cookie recipe; that is not for free. Now you have to pay a price for that. But on barter system there was no money. So for that you need to trade something of equal value. Now suppose you have a piece of gold & and a knife. When you go to purchase the recipe you found out that the owner of the recipe does not want gold or knife. The owner wants a horse for the recipe. Now you have to find someone who has horse and wants to trade the horse for either gold or knife. Now you bought a horse & returned to the owner & exchanged the horse for oatmeal raisin cookie recipe. See how easy it was on the barter system.

Here is what you did:

> At first you went to a person who has oatmeal raisin cookie,
> Then the person who has the recipe needs a horse for the recipe which you don't have,
> Then you went to someone who has horse and wants to trade horse for gold,
> You bring the horse to the owner of the recipe and exchanged for it.

Now you can see how many things you have to do in barter system. Why I am telling this? Because if you had money then you could easily exchanged the recipe for money. You can see how hard it was for the people to trade on barter system.

When people were doing trade in barter system there was difference in prices for different types of goods. For example: Lets say you can buy a house for 20 ounce of gold. Also there were goods which did not last long like orange or grape. For that reason they had cheap value. And gold lasts long so gold has more value. So naturally people wanted gold for trading more than other things. When they realized that it is not secure to keep gold on houses they needed to put it on some safe place. Then the goldsmith provided the service. They had built security system to keep valuables safe. People started to deposit their gold to the goldsmith. For that the goldsmith gave people a receipt. Many people started to deposit their gold to the goldsmith & got a receipt. Now people have started to trade goods in exchange of the receipt they got from the goldsmith. It was used as a form of money.

Now have you got your answer that " How money was created? ".

The answer is money was created from the human's own needs. No one came up with the idea of money. All people needed a common thing for exchanging goods. And money was the alternative people accepted as a medium for exchanging.

Search Engine Visibility in less than 2 months

At first let me tell you the technique i am going to tell you is based on my own experience. I am not sure whether it's going to really help or not.

I have started this blog not so long ago. I am writing this a bit later because i could not make time to write this. As far as i know it takes more than six months to get visibility on google search engine unless you have coded something special to get on search engines.

In my case i have not done any special coding to gain visibility. But i did some activities to be on search engines. And the result was more than expected. Look at the picture. On the right side you can feedjit live traffic report. It also shows that someone came to my blog from google.com. I was astonished by seeing this. Because in less than 2 months google showed me on their search result. That's just amazing.

Well as I said before i did some things to get acceptance on search engines. Now I am going to share them with you.

Here are the things I did:

1. Submitted my blog to google, yahoo and msn. (It is not necessary to submit if you have a blog on blogger or similar services. I did not know it when i have submitted it.)

2. Submitted my blog to blogupp. It is a free service in which you show a small widget on your blog which actually contains an address to another blog.

3. Joined feedburner which is now owned by google. Later i found out that if you use use feedburner then it can help you publish your post massively. There are many services where it sends information like technoratri, alexa, blogsphere etc.

4. I have also put alexa widget on my blog. Alexa is a powerful search engine so it may also help to get visibility on other search engines.

5. Submitted my blog on SEOC. It submits your blog on 150 search engines including the top search engines & it's completely free.

That's all what i did. From the beginning my target was to get traffic from search engines. Because the people who come from search engines are the real visitors. Because they will come here by searching what they will need. Later they can visit directly. But now I only have started my blog. So there are not many people know about this blog. The only way is to come by search engines. And you can see that I have accomplished it. And hoping many more visitors in future.

As I have said it before this is from my own experience. So you can try these methods to get visibility on search engines. It helped me. And it may also help you to get visitors on your site.

Top SEO Secrets

SEO is a very necessary part for the webmasters or bloggers. As you know most of the visitor come to your site from search engines. So if you don't make your site search engine friendly then you will loose may visitors.

If you are newer to the concept of SEO (short for Search Engine Optimization) you might be wondering what all the fuss is about. However if you have been running a website for a while you have probably noticed the necessity for this practice which is essentially the fine art of making your website easier to find for people searching it using “niche language.

Niche language simply means using terms and phrases in your website or blog copy that are most commonly used by people when they type what they are looking for into a search engine. These phrases are also noted and collected by the search engine bots and spiders that belong to the search engines. The more friendly the copy in your web site is to the search engine spiders, the more likely people are to find you (which of course increases your sales.) In addition, the more hits you get from people searching for your products or services the higher your web site will be indexed on the search engine pages.

Remember how web pages work! It is basically one big popularity contest. Essentially the more hits you have, the higher your ranking is in the search engines. This leads to more business and more hits and a website that is the equivalent of a wealthy rising cyber star!

To use a metaphor – let’s say that the launching of your web site is like a launch party. Launching a website without any type of SEO is like throwing a party and forgetting to invite people.

Or you can also compare it to a party where the invitations are sent out in a language that is not recognized by the guests.
